Ticket Holder Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the ticket holders ("Ticket Holder", "Holder", "you", or "your") in the Fae Ball Events: Myths & Legends Kansas City 2026 ("Event") organized by Fae Ball Productions, LLC ("Organizer", "we", or "us").

1. General Terms

1.1 By purchasing or receiving a ticket to the Event, the Ticket Holder agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all Ticket Holders, whether the ticket was purchased, gifted, or otherwise obtained.

2. Ticket Purchase & Eligibility

2.1 Tickets are non-transferable to another event or person, non-refundable, and cannot be resold or exchanged.

2.2 Only individuals who are legally eligible to purchase a ticket in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Event is held are permitted to do so.

2.3 The purchase of tickets may be subject to verification of identity and eligibility.

2.4 Entry may be restricted based on age. A valid government-issued ID may be required. Anyone failing to provide acceptable proof of age may be denied entry without refund.

3. Chargebacks

3.1 By purchasing a ticket, Holder agrees not to initiate a chargeback. All disputes must follow the refund policy stated herein. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a ban from future events.

4. Lost Tickets

4.1 Organizer is not responsible for lost, deleted, or stolen tickets, but will make reasonable efforts to re-issue digital tickets to the original purchaser.

5. Solicitation & Promotional Activities

5.1 Soliciting, advertising, or promoting any products, services, or business activities during the Event is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from Organizer.

5.2 Unauthorized solicitation, including but not limited to the distribution of flyers, pamphlets, or other promotional materials, may result in the immediate removal of the Holder from the Event venue and revocation of the ticket without refund.

5.3 Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets sold, and may impose restrictions on the number of tickets any one individual or entity can purchase.

6. Ticket Holder Responsibilities

6.1 Ticket Holders must comply with all Event rules, policies, and applicable laws, including venue regulations.

6.2 Ticket Holders must ensure they are present at the Event in a timely manner. The Organizer will not be responsible for delays or inability to attend due to late arrival.

6.3 Ticket Holders agree to indemnify and hold Organizer, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the ticket holder's actions at the Event.

6.4 Ticket Holders agree to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, vendors, volunteers, and other attendees. Harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, or unsafe behavior is prohibited.

6.5 Alcohol will be served only to those 21+. Staff may refuse service at their discretion. Holders consuming alcohol assume all associated risks.

7. Prohibited Items

7.1 Weapons (real or replica), illegal substances, outside food and beverage, and any items deemed unsafe by Event staff are prohibited.

7.2 Professional photography equipment, lighting, tripods, or similar gear is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

7.3 Staff reserves the right to conduct bag checks and refuse entry for safety reasons.

8. Revocation of Ticket

8.1 Organizer reserves the right to revoke or cancel any ticket if the holder violates any part of these terms and conditions.

8.2 Violation of venue rules, dress code, age requirements, or safety policies may result in denied entry without refund.

8.3 In the event of ticket revocation, the Ticket Holder will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

9. Event Cancellation or Postponement

9.1 If the Event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed for any reason, Organizer will provide information regarding refunds or alternative arrangements, as applicable.

9.2 Ticket Holders acknowledge that Organizer is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs in the event of cancellation or postponement.

10. Privacy & Data Collection

10.1 Ticket Holders may be required to provide personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number) in order to purchase tickets or register for the Event. Organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

10.2 Ticket Holders consent to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of Event communication, updates, and promotions related to Organizer.

11. Photography & Video Recording

11.1 By attending the Event, Ticket Holders grant Organizer permission to use their image, likeness, and/or voice in promotional materials, including but not limited to photographs, videos, or recordings.

11.2 Photography or recording during the Event may be restricted based on the nature of the Event, and Ticket Holder must comply with any requests or guidelines provided by Event staff.

11.3 Ticket Holders waive any right to royalties, compensation, or approval related to the use of their image, likeness, or recordings.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Organizer and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal property during the Event.

12.2 By attending, the Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to participation in the Event, including but not limited to injury from dancing, décor, lighting effects, uneven surfaces, or interactions with other attendees.

12.3 In no event shall Organizer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Ticket Holder's participation in the Event.

13. Medical Emergencies

13.1 In the event of a medical emergency, Ticket Holder authorizes Event staff to secure necessary medical care.

13.2 Ticket Holder is responsible for any resulting medical costs.

14. Accessibility Notice

14.1 Organizer will make reasonable accommodations for attendees with disabilities. Please contact us in advance for specific requests.

15. Force Majeure

15.1 Organizer is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather, acts of God, government restrictions, or venue closures.

16. Modification of Terms

16.1 Amendments: The Organizer reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Holder in writing or by email prior to the Event.

16.2 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kansas. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules and conducted in the Kansas City, Kansas metropolitan area with an AAA approved arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties.
